Congratulations, Joseph Davis

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Joseph Davis to Partner at Bray & Krais, where he will serve as the Head of our Corporate team.

Joseph joined Bray & Krais as an Associate in June 2021, rising to the position of Senior Associate by July 2022. Before joining our firm, Joseph trained and practiced as an Associate at media-focused firm Taylor Wessing.

Joseph brings a commercial mindset to his clients’ interests, adeptly navigating the complexities of corporate transactions to highlight key economic drivers. His expertise in corporate and commercial law, combined with his deep understanding of the music, sports, and entertainment industries, ensures outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Joseph’s diverse mix of clients include recording artists, music publishers, labels and distributors, investment companies, high-net-worth individuals, sports professionals, consumer brands, and many others within our core industries and beyond. Notably, Joseph has recently advised on several high-profile celebrity brand partnerships, where celebrities have taken equity positions — a testament to his industry-leading expertise.

Joseph’s promotion to Partner after just three years at Bray & Krais underscores the trust our clients place in him and the significant growth the Corporate team has achieved since he joined. We look forward to the continued success and expansion of the Corporate team under his leadership.
