Catherine (Cat) Rogers is a consultant in the Bray & Krais Private Client team.

Cat’s experience is in advising predominantly UK domiciled individuals on all aspects of their estate planning.  This includes writing Wills and advising on letters of wishes, tax planning and practical advice on communicating plans to family members.  It also includes advice on mental capacity issues during lifetime (including in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and advance decisions/living Wills).  Cat also advises executors in the administration of estates and applications for grants of probate, a process which requires insightful people management skills to navigate family dynamics sensitively and effectively.

Cat also has experience in dealing with UK trusts, including their creation and administration.

Clients are often (but not exclusively) high net worth individuals and families, usually in sport or the creative industries.

Before joining Bray & Krais Cat spent nearly 12 years at Farrer & Co, where she trained and qualified into their Private Client team in 2013.
